Supply Resources and Tips
Please note: the recommendations are based on my experience.
I'm not endorsing any of the products listed here.

Tips:
  1. Always "Print Preview" before printing.

  2. Always "Test Print" before printing on vellum or some other expensive paper.
Do a print in Draft mode, Grayscale to check for sizing.

  3. If possible, print at the highest quality setting.

  4. Let the ink dry before you start folding.

  5. I recommend you to use 8-1/2" by 11" or A4 cardstock paper. None of my templates and printables are optimized for perforated or prescored paper.

Glue
What type of glue to use.

Paper trimmer
8-/2 x 11" Paper Trimmer
I have a Paper Trimmer and just trim away the white areas from each printout.
Paper Trimmer is not expensive at all and it's a good investment, especially if you're into computer crafting like me :)

If you're using an X-ACTO knife, place the printed card stock (3-4 sheets) onto the cutting mat, place a ruler onto the printouts and trim away the white areas. (Rotary Knife works even better.)

Cover & Card Stock
GREAT FOR ALL CARDS, BOXES, BAGS, TAGS...
I recommend that you use heavy white card stock. You can find this at your stationary store in a sheet ream.

For example:
  • Staples Card Stock (110Lb.) or (67Lb.) - 250/Pack
  • Hammermill Card Stock (110Lb.) - 100/Pack
  • Neusiedler Card Stock A4 (200g/m2.) - 250/Pack/Europe

  • Standard Paper
FOR WRAPPERS, ALL ENVELOPES & LISTS, STATIONERY
  • I use standard 20 or 24 pound printer paper (about 105 brightness).

  • A visitor to my free site suggested using HP's brochure and flyer paper (#C6817A; 50pk - $12.99) for "shiny" wrappers.
Glossy paper produces very vibrant colors.
