Download, Tips and Tricks
The tips below have been known to fix most common problems associated with downloading files from the Internet.
1. Before you start downloading, clean out your Temporary Internet files.

2. Save each file to your computer by clicking on the SAVE button.
If you use Run or Open, you may get a corrupted download.
EXAMPLE
3. If a file does not open, this is what you should do:
a) - delete the download file from computer
b) - delete this file from the temporary Internet files.
c) - download the file again.
Also please make sure you save the file to your computer,
click the "SAVE" button. "Open" will cause problems.
4. Download one file at the time. Wait until it has downloaded, then start downloading the next one.
